Audiences you can trust

Import contacts from a spreadsheet or add them by hand. Phone numbers are cleaned to international format, duplicates are merged, and every contact keeps a record of when and how they agreed to hear from you.

Segments that stay current

Group contacts with tags and lists, then save filters such as “Kigali customers subscribed to email”. Segments are re-evaluated every time, so they never go stale.

Email from your own domain

Campaigns are sent from your verified business domain, signed with DKIM and aligned for SPF and DMARC, so they reach the inbox and carry your name.

SMS — coming soon

Bulk SMS through a local operator is in preparation and will launch once sender IDs and message templates are approved by the regulator.

Responsible sending is built in, not optional.

Good deliverability comes from sending only to people who want your messages. Neza Campaign enforces that for every account, which keeps everyone’s mail out of spam folders.

Consent first: Each contact stores separate email and SMS consent with a timestamp and source. Contacts without consent are kept but cannot be messaged on that channel.
Opt-outs are permanent: An unsubscribe can never be undone by an import or by an operator — only by the person signing up again.
Automatic suppression: Hard bounces, spam complaints and unsubscribes go on a suppression list that survives deleting and re-importing a contact.
One-click unsubscribe: Every campaign email carries a visible unsubscribe link and the one-click unsubscribe header that Gmail and Yahoo require.
No bought lists: Purchased, rented or scraped lists are forbidden by our Acceptable Use Policy, and importers must confirm their contacts opted in.
Reviewed accounts: New accounts start with low sending limits and are reviewed. Accounts that cause high bounce or complaint rates are paused.
