Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between Nezalab Technology (“we”) and the organisation that creates a Neza Campaign account (“you”). By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Neza Campaign lets you store contacts and send email campaigns to them, with SMS to follow. We may change or improve features over time and will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what the service does.
Your responsibilities
- You follow our Acceptable use policy and the laws that apply to your messages, including data protection and anti-spam laws in the countries you send to.
- You have a lawful basis, and where required consent, for every contact you upload and message.
- You keep your sign-in details secure and are responsible for activity in your account.
- The content of your messages is yours, and you are responsible for it.
Data
You own your contact lists and content. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy. You can export or delete your contacts at any time; when you close your account we delete them, except suppression records we must keep to honour opt-outs.
Suspension
We may pause sending or suspend an account immediately if it breaks the Acceptable use policy, causes high bounce or complaint rates, puts other customers’ deliverability at risk, or if a provider or regulator requires it. Where we can, we will tell you why and how to resolve it.
Fees
Paid plans, when introduced, are billed as shown at sign-up. We will give notice before changing prices.
Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee that every message will be delivered — receiving providers decide what reaches the inbox. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
